The apartment Grünblick (green view) has been completed along with an energetic house renovation and was designed as holiday apartment. It provides a pleasant home for your relaxing stay in the Alte Land.
Thanks to floor heating and solid construction of the house, the accommodation has a comfortable indoor climate for the whole year.

This holiday apartment is designed to accomodate a maximum of two persons.
Being interested in nature is of advantage since the apartment is located in a rural area surrounded by lots of flora and fauna

From spring to late autumn you enjoy real green view due to lush vegetation in garden and surroundings.

Location

The apartment Grünblick is located in Jork-Ladekop in a very quiet spot, close to the Ladekoper Wettern (a tiny creek) and next to a fruit farm.
You can see the apple trees from your terrace and within 5 walking minutes you reach the fruit plantations.

The centre of Jork is 3 km away, there you find cafés, restaurants and small shops as well as several supermarkets.

The marina Borsteler Yachthafen at the Elbe River is only 6 km away. There you can already smell the see breeze.
If you would like to go for a bath in the Elbe River, we can recommend the Bassenfleth Beach, it is 20 min away by car.

The next biggest city is the Hansestadt Buxtehude. By bicycle it is 6 km via the plantations to the centre of Buxtehude, by car it is 8 km.
The Hansestadt Stade is easily reachable by car via the free-way A26 within 10 min.
If you like to get to Hamburg, you are within 40 min at the Landungsbrücken of the Hamburg Port. For the perfect holiday feeling, we recommend to take the HVV ferry at Finkenwerder.
A railway station is in Buxtehude, also in the next village 5 km away.

The Airbus sites Hamburg-Finkenwerder and Buxtehude are close by (20 respectively 15 min by car).
Are you interested in aviation? Then you should visit the Airbus Finkenwerder airport where you can spot Airbus planes starting and landing.

To go for a day trip to the sea, you should plan 1.5 hours for the journey to the Baltic Sea. The North Sea via Cuxhaven is reachable within 1 hour and to get to St. Peter-Ording at the North Sea will take also 1.5 hours.
If the weather is fine, a day trip to Helgoland is a great experience. The ferry leaves from Hamburg and Cuxhaven.
